Make A Way Concepts LLC is a housing connection and support resource serving people who are trying to find a more stable place to live.
We understand that housing situations are rarely one-size-fits-all. A person may be without stable housing, worried about losing their current home, helping a family member, or trying to find resources for someone they serve.
Our role is to listen, understand the situation, help identify possible options, and connect people with Independent Living Facilities and other housing resources when appropriate.
We also work alongside families, case managers, community organizations, and housing providers to help make those connections easier to navigate.
The goal is simple: help people understand where they can go from here.
